Q: Does Dunkin Donuts accept Apple Pay as a payment option?
Yes, Dunkin Donuts takes Apple Pay similar to its competitor Starbucks. Apple Pay can be used at Dunkin locations or when ordering through the Dunkin app. You can find Apple Pay in the app under ‘Other Payment Options’ when viewing the checkout screen.
You always can verify if a location takes Apple Pay by using the Apple Maps App. Open the app and search for the store/restaurant you desire to visit. Once you pull up the location, scroll down to the ‘Useful to Know’ section. Here you will see the Apple Pay logo or “✔ Accepts Apple Pay” if the location takes Apple Pay.
The image below shows the Apple Pay logo (circled in red) for a Dunkin Donuts in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that was pulled up by us in Apple Maps. This logo indicates that that particular Dunkin takes Apple Pay.
