Do DQ Gift Cards Expire?

Dairy Queen (DQ) gift cards do not expire. This includes both plastic and eGift cards. Be sure to use your DQ gift cards whenever you want without the worry of the cards being useless one day.

Do DQ Gift Cards Have Fees?

There are no fees connected to DQ gift cards. The exception is for plastic gift cards that are shipped. These cards may have shipping fees depending on where you buy them. However, no cards have burdensome fees associated with them such as dormancy or maintenance fees.

How to Check DQ Gift Card Balances?

Gift card balances can be checked by calling DQ’s gift card hotline at 800-605-9371. Be sure to have your gift card number and PIN (if applicable) available. The automated system will ask for this information when you call.

Where to Buy DQ Gift Cards?

One of the most convenient ways to purchase a DQ gift card is on the Dairy Queen website. Visit DQ’s Gift Card & Gear webpage to order plastic and eGift cards online. Gift cards can be purchased in amounts from $5 to $250.

Other places where you can find DQ gift cards are Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and more.

What if I Lose My DQ Gift Card?

Cashstar is the company that manages gift cards on behalf of Dairy Queen. If your gift card is lost or stolen, contact Cashstar as soon as possible via its customer support webpage. Gift cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase can be provided.
