[otw_shortcode_dropcap label=”A:” size=”large” border_color_class=”otw-no-border-color”][/otw_shortcode_dropcap] Discover offers a variety of credit cards to fit the needs of their customers. Not every card is the same in regards to the benefits and terms it offers. Some people may seek out more than one Discover Card to take advantage of the different perks of each card. However, is it possible to have more than one Discover Card? Let’s find out.

You are allowed to have two Discover cards at a time. However, you have to wait 12 billing cycles to qualify for your second card after the initial card is obtained. In other words, you obtain your initial Discover card and then you have to wait 12 billing cycles to be considered for your second credit card.

After the 12 billing cycles, you can apply for any Discover card you want, including the same type of card you initially obtained. It is important to research your initial Discover card choice to make sure you get the best card for your needs. You do not want to wait 12 billing cycles to  get another Discover card that suits you better.

Remember that Discover is not associated with American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. You are free to apply for these credit cards instead of waiting the 12 billing cycles to obtain another Discover card.
