You might think that Amazon gift cards are only available through Amazon.com. While Amazon.com obviously does sell gift cards, many other retailers such as drug and grocery stores carry them as well. Below we have provided a list of places where you are able to buy Amazon gift cards. The selection of cards available, based on design and card value, can vary based on the location.

Amazon.com

The most obvious place to buy Amazon gift cards is on Amazon.com. You have the following three main options to obtain an Amazon gift card on Amazon.com:

• eGift Card: This option allows you to send your gift card via email, text message, or using any messaging platform. You can select any amount for the card but the minimum is $1.00 and the maximum is $2,000. Amazon offers a variety of digital gift card designs for just about any occasion (see an example directly below). Your gift card will be available immediately. It does not expire and there is no additional fee.
• Print-At-Home: This option allows you to create a PDF gift card using one of the many designs provided by Amazon. You print the PDF card from your computer and fold it according to the instructions provided. The gift card can be between $1.00 and $2,000. Your gift card will be available immediately. It does not expire and there is no additional fee.
• Mailed: You are able to order a traditional gift card (plastic card similar to a credit card) via Amazon.com. The card is mailed with free shipping (free one-day shipping where available).  Additionally, there is no fee or expiration date for the gift card. The available amounts are $25 to $2,000. You can select from a variety of designs for a number of occasions such as holidays, birthdays, newborn babies, and more.

Walgreens

Amazon gift cards are sold inside Walgreens stores. You can check if the cards are in stock at your local Walgreens by visiting Walgreens.com. Based on Walgreens.com, the stores carry card amounts of $10 (3-pack), $25, $50, and non-denominational (choose a value between $25 – $500).

Other Retailers

Per Amazon.com, Amazon gift cards are also sold at the following locations without a purchase fee. The designs and card values available may vary based on the retailer. The common gift card denominations found in these stores are $15, $25, $50, and $100.
