Texas Roadhouse does not take reservations. However, you can be added to the waitlist prior to arriving at the restaurant. Read on to learn how to add your name to the waiting list.
Texas Roadhouse Waitlist
To add your name to the waitlist of a particular restaurant, visit togo.texasroadhouse.com/order/action/waitlist. Once on the webpage, you will have the ability to search for a location near you as shown in the image below.
Be sure the “Waitlist” button is selected and type in your Zip or City & State to reveal a list of restaurants near you. In lieu of entering your Zip or City & State, you can click the “Use My Location” feature to allow the website to detect your computer’s location to find the restaurants nearest to you.
The example below shows the Zipcode “92101” was used to search for a restaurant. Three Texas Roadhouse restaurants were shown as being located near that Zip. A “Join Waitlist” button next to the location you wish to visit must be clicked to proceed.
You then enter the number of people in your party, name, email address, phone number, and whether or not you need a highchair. Then click the “Let’s Go!” button to submit the information to be added to the waitlist. You will then be shown a wait time such as 5-15 minutes and a text will be sent to you with check-in instructions.
You can have a maximum of 6 people in your party when you join the online waitlist. If your party is greater than 6 people, please call the restaurant you desire to dine at to see if they can accommodate your larger party. You may also wish to call for other requests such as a preference for a table over a booth or to announce that you are celebrating a birthday.
While Texas Roadhouse does not accept reservations, you can be added to the waiting list by simply completing the steps outlined above. Texas Roadhouse is not alone in streamlining the waitlist process with other restaurants like Outback Steakhouse having a similar ability to join the waitlist online. A good way to save time at Texas Roadhouse and potentially other restaurants is to look online prior to going to the restaurant to see how to make getting a seat for your meal a faster process. This is particularly true during peak dining hours such as a Friday at 6 PM.
