When you checkout on OldNavy.com, you will have the option to use the traditional checkout method (i.e. credit card, gift card) or PayPal. You will see the below two buttons when you start the checkout process. Simply click the PayPal button to start the payment process using PayPal.

Similar to OldNavy.com, the Old Navy app (download on the App Store or Google Play) takes PayPal. The below image shows the PayPal button (circled in red) on the Old Navy app that you tap to begin checking out with PayPal.
