These payment methods have been used at Old Navy for a few years now. The Old Navy staff should have no trouble processing your Apple Pay transaction given that it is now a common method of payment.
You always can confirm if a store takes Apple Pay by using the Apple Maps App. Once you pull up the store you wish to visit using the app search feature, find the “Useful to Know” section. This section will be below the store address, phone number, and website address. Here you will see the Apple Pay logo and/or “✔ Accepts Apple Pay” if the store takes Apple Pay. You should see at least one of these when you pull up an Old Navy in Apple Maps.
