GameStop App & PayPal

The GameStop app also accepts PayPal as a payment method. The image below from the app shows that PayPal is a payment option. You can also pay with other traditional payments like credit cards and gift cards if you click the “Check Out” button instead of the “PayPal” button. Similar to paying with PayPal on GameStop.com, simply tap the PayPal button on the app to begin the PayPal payment process.

GameStop Stores & PayPal

There are ways to pay with PayPal in stores but it is not as easy as using it online. Here are a few ways to use PayPal at a GameStop store:

PayPal Cash Card – You can obtain PayPal Cash Card relatively easily. This card can be request free of charge through your PayPal account and can be used similar to a bank debit card at GameStop and any other store that accepts MasterCard. There are no monthly fees, transactions fees, or minimum balance requirements.

PayPal Credit Card – PayPal has two primary credit cards: PayPal CashBack MasterCard and PayPal Extras MasterCard. The Cashback card gives 2 percent cash back on purchases and the Extra card allows users to earn points on purchases that can be redeemed for things like gift cards, travel vouchers, cash back, and more.

Visit PayPal’s credit/debit/prepaid card webpage for more details.
