The Cabela’s Club credit card is a Mastercard and can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted. It can be used on Amazon, Walmart, and for payment at thousands of other businesses.
Credit Card Types
Cabela’s offers three types of Mastercards: classic, silver, and black. The credit card you are eligible for depends on your credit history and ability to meet spending requirements. The spending requirement for the classic is $0, silver is $10,000, and black is $25,000. In other words, you must spend at least $10,000 or $25,000 at Cabela’s/Bass Pro Shops in a year to meet the silver and black tiers, respectively.
The benefit of spending more at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s is that more can be earned in points. The classic credit card receives 2% points back on Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, and Cenex purchases, 3% for silver, and 5% for black. All credit cards earn 1% points back everywhere Mastercard is accepted. One hundred points are equal to one dollar that can be used to obtain merchandise at Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, and merchandising subsidiaries.

Bonus – You will receive $25.00 in Club points if approved for a credit card. $10 in Club point are received after five purchases within 30 days after the credit card account is approved.
Final Thoughts
While the Cabela’s credit card can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, the 1% back for these purchases can only be used for Cabela’s gear. You should be certain that this gear will be useful to you, otherwise another credit card might be more appropriate for your everywhere spending.
Keep in mind that not all store credit cards can be used anywhere. The Ashley Furniture Advantage credit card is an example of a card that can only be used in Ashley stores or online.
