Yes, Bed Bath & Beyond accepts Apple Pay. This is a relatively new rollout for the company.
You can verify if your local Bed Bath & Beyond has Apple Pay by searching for the store in the Apple Maps app. When you pull up your store in the app, scroll down to the store information with the address, phone number, website address, and so on. Here you will see the Apple Pay logo if the store accepts this payment method.
We pulled up 20 random Bed Bath & Beyond stores in New York, Texas, Michigan, and California in the Apple Maps app. All showed that Apple Pay was accepted in these stores. The ability to use Apple Pay as a payment method appears to be available in all stores.
The company also added Buy Online, Pick Up in Store, and curbside app orders in June 2020.
